What we want to understand is where you see the biggest potential for breakthrough and what’s holding you back now. That starts at our very first meeting.
Most initial meetings are around 60 minutes and include the National Sales or Operations Managers. We see this as an opportunity to have an honest conversation, to talk about the best way to improve your customer’s experience and your sales results. We’ll cover how the Feedback ASAP program works and key timings. It’s often very helpful to have a person from your L&D team involved. They will appreciate the link to training and coaching and how we can build capability and best practices together.
We will bring examples and proof of results. We are very happy to come to your offices and of course there is no charge or obligation in any way.
